Darcy's Mom--Is she right?

When Darcy tries to talk to her mother about Jamee's behavior, her mother tells her not to worry. She tells Darcy that Jamee is just going through a rebellious phase and that she will be okay. Do you think Mrs. Wills is right to let Jamee go her own way, or do you think parents should get involved when their child seems to be going in a bad direction? (Put your student ID to get credit).

  1. I think Mrs. Wills is not right to let Jamee go in her own way because she only will end with more and more problems.I say that because once my mom just let one of my brothers to go in his own way, but then she felt really bad because he at the end was sent to Guatemala. In my opinion parents should get involved and give some advoces to their kids, so in that way if the kids end bad, they would not feel guilty of what happend to them. 963979

  2. I think Mrs. wills should get involved on Jamee's behavior because if she doesn't act right away, punishing and educating could be worst in the future. Because once child's grows up with bad behavior it's harder to educate them.

  3. But of course Darcy's mom is completely wrong because at Jamee's age is when parents have to be more aware about everything what is happening on their children life.I believe that be parent is a hard job, and you have to work 24/ 7 since you have brought a baby to this world, so i think that parent have to be there, and don't let their children to do whatever they want because it's a big mistake that one can be regret.(996864)
